Refund policy
Due to many of our items being of the unique nature of handmade and custom
orders, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are available.
Although there are no returns on our signs or other home decor, we want to make sure you absolutely love what you receive. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know within three days so that we can make things right. We will make sure you receive a replacement or exchange when possible if the item is received damaged.
We work very hard to package your items with care, but sometimes issues occur during transit. If your order is received damaged, please do the following:
1. Within THREE BUSINESS DAYS... Email photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to craftersmill@comcast.net. We do not check our Facebook or Instagram for returns. Returns MUST be handled via the email that is above.
2. We will respond to the email within 2-5 business days
*It's important to save all original damaged item(s), original packaging & packaging material and to contact us immediately.
*Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If we do not have something in-stock, we will call or email you. Please include your phone number at check-out.
